The information we collect

When you complete a contact form on our website we receive personally identifiable information. This may include your name, address, telephone number and email.

We’ll also collect information about the hardware and software of your computer, but this will not be associated with any of the personal information that we retrieve from your contact form unless we are required to do so for legal or security reasons.

We’ll then utilise such information to manage our website and services, to note statistics concerning how our users navigate our website and to provide you with the best quality service possible.

How we use your information

FXE Technologies assembles and proceeds to use your personal data to help us develop the FXE Technologies website and provide you and other customers with the services requested. FXE Technologies may use your personally identifiable information as a means of letting you know about the other services or products that FXE Technologies provides. FXE Technologies may also ask your opinion about current or potential new services that we might offer via surveys. You can opt out of receiving ongoing marketing information and surveys at any time. This can usually be done by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link found within the email. Following this, we will stop sending these emails to you until you tell us otherwise.
