He has over 20 years of experience in software development, technical leadership and team management across fintech, government and insurance sectors. Before joining FXE, he spent seven years working for one of the leading providers of digital banking platforms, delivering Identity and Access Management solutions that met the complex security needs of banks worldwide. Will is highly customer-focused and passionate about building software that solves real problems.

Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and takes pride in keeping his lawns in top condition.
