Figure out who you are, what you are good at and what you are bad at. Then focus on being authentic, play to your strengths and build a team that complements your skills.
In your opinion or experience, please name 1-2 things that can be done by a) individuals b) companies and/or c) society to support the elevation of women in senior positions in the industry?
See the women around you and look to understand their capabilities. We are too used to self-promotion and overconfidence that we sometimes miss the real talent.
