Leadership team

Sam leads the Customer Success team at Funding Xchange Technologies, supporting banks and lenders as they transform how SMEs access finance. With a background at NatWest and Esme Loans, Sam brings deep experience in business lending and fintech innovation, helping clients get the most from FXE’s technology and data. Passionate about making funding simpler and smarter, Sam focuses on building strong relationships and turning complex processes into seamless solutions.

Outside of work, most of his time is devoted to his daughter and tackling a never ending list of DIY projects.

Martin is an Engineering Lead here at Funding Xchange Technologies. He has over 15 years of experience engineering software solutions across the telecoms, automotive and financial services sectors. Previously he led the migration of a high-volume investment bank transaction management system from an outdated database technology to a system capable of handling over 10 million financial transactions per day.

Martin resides in Scotland and is an avid ‘munro bagger’ when he’s not looking after his two young sons. He has completed 105, so only 177 to go!

Will is an Engineering Lead here at Funding Xchange Technologies. He has over 20 years of experience in software development, technical leadership and team management across fintech, government and insurance sectors. Before joining FXE, he spent seven years working for one of the leading providers of digital banking platforms, delivering Identity and Access Management solutions that met the complex security needs of banks worldwide. Will is highly customer-focused and passionate about building software that solves real problems.

Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and takes pride in keeping his lawns in top condition.
